I was in the market for a new Goldwing here in my own town (Denton, TX) until I walked into the dealership which I deal at regularly on my other bike and I asked the salesman about the 09 Goldwings and he takes me over to the only two they had and says here they are and walks away. I don't think so I told my wife and I went to my office and called this place and my god what a pleasant surprise. My sales man Roger Hazel was the nicest guy you could meet. Shipping and Handling

In-stock items will ship within 24 hours unless the order is submitted on a holiday in which Honda of Russellville or the shipping companies are closed.

Items not in stock will usally ship within 2 to 3 business days. E-mail notification with tracking information (when applicable) will be sent when the item(s) ship to you.

We DO NOT ship Batteries, Oils or Chemicals.

Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.

We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service (if the item is very small) in the lower 48 continental United States. Shipments to any other location must be pre-approved by Honda of Russellville and will have additional shipping charges that must be calculated in advance.

Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental United States. Allow additional time for shipments to any other location that has been approved by Honda of Russellville.

Entire orders will be shipped together when possible.


Availability

Items for older models may be discontinued and no longer available.

If an item is discontinued, there will not be a price listed.

On rare occasions an item may be on backorder.

Should the item be discontinued or on backorder we will contact you by phone or e-mail before your order is processed to determine how you would like to proceed.


Returns

All returns must have Return Authorization from Honda of Russellville prior to being returned. Please contact us by phone for Return Authorization.

All returns must be completed within 15 days from date on original receipt.

All returns must be in their original, unopened package.

There are NO  RETURNS on Electrical Items of any kind. No Exceptions.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns that are caused by customer order error.

If the return is due to an error by Honda of Russellville, no extra charges will be incurred by the customer. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Honda of Russellville is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.



Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.
