This is my 19th bike, a 08 Gold Wing. I currently have a 06 Softail Harley, and I was in the market for a new touring bike. I have spent thousands at the Harley shop, (Last two bikes were Harleys) so I went in to look at a new Ultra Classic with a blank check in my pocket. After standing in the showroom for 20 minutes and being ignored, (one other customer in the store) my wife said, �we don't have to put up with this kind of attitude." We left and drove to Russellville Honda to look at Wings. We were met at the door by Earl Kirtley. I bought a new Wing within 30 minutes of shopping. It was such a refreshing experience dealing with Earl, (a guy who loves what he does) and everyone at Russellville Honda. I never felt any pressure or uneasiness at any time, unlike the feeling I had at the Harley shop. They thought they were doing me some favor selling me a Harley. After riding my Wing and looking back on the whole experience of buying my new bike, I can see why riders are trading in their Harleys for Gold Wings. I would recommend this entire dealership to anyone shopping for a new bike anywhere in the USA. You will not find a better place to shop. A class act motorcycle shop!
